After I had my daughter, my whole pelvic floor didn't feel right. I was already a Personal Trainer and really wanted to get back to the gym as quickly as possible. I knew I had to take it easy but I had no idea that the exercises I was doing were causing more damage.
Nine months into my post-natal journey and I was incontinent to the point that I could no longer wear tight clothing or run any amount of distance before wetting myself. Luckily I came across hypopressives and I have never looked back since. It has completely reversed my incontinence and I have amazing muscle tone on my stomach!
